COVID-19 Updated Hours & Information

We hope everyone has been staying healthy and safe, and enjoying some sun and warmer weather!!!

Genoa Animal Hospital hours are:

Mondays 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Tuesdays 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesdays 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
Thursdays 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Fridays 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturdays 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

Curbside service will continue, please call the hospital when you arrive in our parking lot.

We are open for all routine and medical appointments and surgeries.

We also ask our clients bringing their pets to their appointments to wear a mask or other suitable face covering, per state guidelines, when one of our technicians approaches your vehicle. Our staff will continue wearing their masks.

We are currently allowing our clients into the building for the exam portion of their appointments. We ask that you call us when you are in the parking lot to let us know you are here. A technician will call you back when an exam room is ready, will meet you at our front door and escort you into an exam room.

If you are not feeling well, have any flu-like symptoms, or you or your pet have been exposed to a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19, please let us know prior to your appointment.

Boarding

APPOINTMENT

Pet Boarding Requirements:

Current on the following vaccines:

  • Distemper
  • Rabies (1yr or 3yr)
  • Bordetella (kennel cough) **Dogs only**
  • Negative Fecal sample within the last 12 months
  • Canine Influenza (Dog Flu)

Other Requirements:

  • Negative fecal within 3 months of stay. A fecal check can be done during stay to fulfill this requirement. All dogs found positive will be de-wormed while staying.
  • No visible signs of illness.
  • Free of fleas and ticks. All pets found to have fleas or ticks will be treated during stay

Additional Services offered:

  • Baths
  • Nail Trims
  • Additional play time
  • Pets requiring medical treatment or special needs may board on an as needed basis. Please contact our staff to discuss and make proper arrangements
